Every home tells a story, and we help yours continue with care, precision, and an eye for lasting quality.

General Home Repair

From leaky faucets to structural concerns, we diagnose and repair the issues that keep you from feeling truly comfortable in your home.

Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Reimagine the spaces where life happens. We handle everything from cabinet refacing to full-scale renovations with meticulous attention to detail.

Interior & Exterior Painting

A fresh coat does more than refresh — it protects. We use premium materials and prepare every surface so your paint lasts for years, not seasons.

Deck & Outdoor Structures

Extend your living space outdoors. Whether it's a backyard deck, pergola, or repair to an existing structure, we build for the Pacific Northwest climate.

Plumbing & Electrical

Safe, code-compliant plumbing and electrical work that doesn't cut corners. We respect the systems that keep your home running smoothly.

Roofing & Weatherization

Protect your greatest investment from Port Townsend's rain. We inspect, repair, and weatherize roofs to stand up to the wettest seasons.

Our Story

Rooted in Port Townsend,
Committed to Your Home

Rosewind Co Housing was founded on a simple belief: that every homeowner deserves a repair team that treats their house with the same respect they do. We grew out of Port Townsend's historic neighborhoods, where old-growth craftsmanship meets modern needs.

Our team brings together seasoned tradespeople who understand the unique challenges of Pacific Northwest homes — from moisture management to the quirks of century-old plumbing and wiring. We don't rush jobs, and we don't hide behind jargon.

When you call Rosewind Co, you're not getting a franchise dispatch chain. You're getting a local team that shows up on time, explains what needs doing, and leaves your home cleaner than we found it.
